This Fanuc S-420iF with an RJ2 controller is removing dross from a zinc pot. The robot rakes the dross from around the pot to the edge. The robot then pick up and allows the good zinc to drain. It then dumps the dross into a bucket in multiple location to prevent one peak. We programmed the robot to run different cycle based on heavy or light gauge runs. |
