Here we installed a Fanuc S-420iF with an RJ2 to remove ceramic ladles from a molding machine. The delacate ladles are removed from inside the molding machine and place onto a shuttle that takes them out to an operator to hand finish. The reason for the robot was to gentle remove the 100lbs ladles and present them to the operator without damaging them which was very difficult for a person to do. |
