A palletizing robot picks boxes, bags, bales, bottles, exe... from one or more conveyors (typically accumulation conveyors) with a number of different robot grippers types. Depending on the packages dimension, weight and surface texture we will custom build a gripper for your package.

Fanuc robot M-410i with an RJ2 Controller palletizing pine shavings for a customer in South Carolina. The robot uses vacuum to pick the 30 pound bags and place them on a pallet.
Fanuc robot M-410i with an RJ2 Controller palletizing pine shavings for a customer in Mississippi. The robot uses vacuum to pick the 30 pound bags and place them on a pallet. The robots dual purpose gripper can handle picking and placing the pallet onto the conveyor.
A Fanuc S-420iF with an RJ2 controller was used to palletize 40 or 50 pound bags of rock salt. To maximize the life of the tooling all major parts were made of stainless or plastic. The robot was mounted on riser so that the area could washed down with affecting the robot.
This Fanuc S-420F with an RJ controller was used to palletize boxes full of energy bars. The customer need a robot system to stack 5 different size boxes onto a pallet. This robots one vacuum gripper can pick all of there boxes without any adjustment. The robot riser was used to save space by mounting the robot above the conveyor.
