Cure In Place Gasketing - CIPG

This process precisely dispenses a bead of material to provide seamless gasket or adhesive bonding. Typically, a robot follows contour of the component and applies precisely metered bead directly on sealing surface. After short cure the seal is ready to use. Because of the liquid elastomers used, together with in-built adhesion promotion, means cured bead stays in place and retains its dispensed profile and size.
