Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Service:

The laws of nature make any piece of equipment degrade to self destruction over time. Conditions such as moisture, dirt, power disturbances, stress and wear affect its reliability and its potential life. It is  wise to work against these laws/conditions to prevent failures and premature degradation of  equipment by taking appropriate preventive maintenance. Sometimes dangerous conditions can be found early.

Alliance Robotics has experience with robotic manufacturing and production equipment preventive maintenance programs. We also have experience with robotic fault detection and diagnostic (FDD) programs, including remote monitoring, wireless mobile device notifications, warning messaging and critical issue alarming.

Alliance Robotic's Preventive Maintenance Program:

We can provide you with all of the required robot safety tests (i.e. emergency stop, drop and break tests), electrical, power supply, electrical interlocks and controller electronic tests. With critically important accuracy, repeatability verifications and measurements. The critical cleaning and lubrications needed to ensure your robotic system operates at the highest level of reliability over the longest possible life-span.

In House Robot System Maintenance Program Support:

For those who want to perform their own maintenance we can also provide you with a written or a set of electronic files for entry into your computer based preventive maintenance system that includes:

• Safety procedures (lockout - tagout's, etc.) required
• Descriptions of PM tasks to be performed (text & video's)
• Daily, weekly, monthly and annual schedules
• Materials and tools required
• Any other requirements you wish
