Fanuc LR Mate 100i Robot

Basic Description

An extremely rigid, five-axis, electric servo-driven robot. Is tabletop sized with a small footprint 380mm (14.9") width x 470mm (1 8.5) height x 320mm (1 2.6") depth for placement for tight installations. Has absolute encoder positioning for high accuracy positioning. Has a joint with 2 interference zones and can double-back on itself for greater access. It is designed for harsh environments and comes with Standard IP54 dust and liquid intrusion protection package. The arm is sealed for laboratory or industrial applications. Uses harmonic drives on all 5 axes and has sealed bearings and drives with grease fittings on all lubrication points. Comes with fail-safe brakes on axis 2 and 3. Can be mounted upright or inverted and cable routing can be made throught its hollow joint construction.

The end-of-arm wrist has a connector with (4) dedicated outputs and (6) inputs and it has (2) integral double solenoid valves in the wrist.

Options:

It comes with 3kg, 4kg, and 5kg payloads
Integral valve packages, an axis 1 brake, a higher speed CPU for improved path and cycle times and additional 110 up to 232 inputs and 232 outputs
