M-16iL Basic Description

The Fanuc M-16iL a six-axis, electric servo-driven robot that has an exceptionally large work envelope (1813mm reach to manipulate large parts and a payload of 10 kg, and a repeatability of ±0.1mm). It can be floor, inverted, wall, shelf or angle mounted in tight spaces. It uses absolute serial encoders for precision that eliminates the need for calibration at power up. The M-16iL has sealed bearings for all drives and motors and grease fittings on all lubrication points. Its cables and other services are enclosed. The M-16iL robot uses the RJ2 or RJ3 controller.
