Custom Automation & Integration
We design and build custom robotic automation cells around your parts, prove them out in our Fairfield, Ohio shop, then install them on your floor and train your operators hands-on.
End-of-Arm Tooling
Our application engineers review your requirements to select or design custom grippers and end-effectors, and we partner with OEM suppliers to get the right fit for your parts.

Palletizing
Wood Shavings Palletizing
We have built many robotic wood shavings bag palletizers, each running on a FANUC robot that picks bags from the infeed conveyor and builds interlocking layers on a pallet.

Salt Bag Palletizing
We engineer specialized robotic salt bag palletizers using FANUC technology to manage heavy payloads, expertly stacking corrosive materials into secure layers for transport.
Poly & Paper Bag Palletizing
We built this FANUC robot cell to palletize both poly and paper bags of sand or flour. Before placing each bag on the pallet, the robot applies the product batch lettering to it, and it can run both products at the same time.

Potato Bag Palletizing
We built this budget-friendly FANUC bag palletizer for a potato farmer in Maine. It neatly stacks 50 lb bags of potatoes in a low-roof warehouse with only 10-foot ceilings, taking over a labor-intensive stacking job.

Compact Feed Bag Palletizing
We built this simple, budget-friendly FANUC palletizer for a feed farmer. It's compact enough to fit in the corner of their barn, and it frees them from always searching for someone to hire who will stay on the job.

Steel Counterweight Palletizing
We built this FANUC robot cell to palletize steel counterweight plates. A magnetic gripper picks each plate and stacks it on a pallet sitting on a scale. When the pallet reaches its target weight, the robot moves on to the next pallet, so every load ships at the right weight.

Plastic Sheet Palletizing
We built this FANUC robot cell to pick large plastic sheets off a moving conveyor and stack them on one of two pallets. It handles sheets in a range of thicknesses and sizes, some weighing up to 400 lbs.

Meal Case Picking & Packing
We built this two-robot FANUC cell to pick and pack meal cases. The first robot picks six cases at a time from six bins, each holding a different meal, and loads them onto a conveyor lane. That lane feeds a case packing robot, which packs the mixed meal cases into a shipping box ready to be palletized and shipped to the customer.

Tube Leak Testing & Packing
We built this FANUC robot cell to leak test and pack tubes. Bins of tubes are dumped into a hopper, then lifted and dropped into our singulation machine, which presents four tubes at a time. The robot picks each tube, inspects it for leaks and drops it into a custom funnel that loads all four tubes into a box already holding four gallons.

Veneer Loading for Plywood
We built this two-robot FANUC cell to load sheets of veneer onto an upper and a lower conveyor feeding a plywood line. Each robot picks veneer from its own stack with a vacuum gripper and places it on its conveyor.

Strut Channel Flipping & Nesting
We built this FANUC robot cell to pick strut channel, flip every other piece and nest them together for packaging. The custom gripper handles strut channel from 10 to 20 feet long.

Glass Bottle Oven Loading
We built this FANUC robot cell to pick glass bottles off a moving conveyor and load them onto a belt that feeds an oven. Electric actuators on a custom gripper squeeze a full 16-foot row of bottles and gently set them down on the belt.

CNC Machine Tending
We built this FANUC robot cell to tend a CNC mill. The robot picks pallets from a custom rack and loads them into the mill, letting the customer run production overnight.

Press Tending
We build robotic workcells where FANUC robots load parts into stamping presses and unload them after stamping, so the presses are tended by robots instead of by hand.

Robotic Router Cell
We built this FANUC robot router cell to cut plastic sheets. Operators load the CAD file into the software and the robot cuts the sheet to match. The cell also trims and drills three-dimensional parts placed inside it.

Dual-Arm Waterjet Cutting
We built this dual-arm FANUC waterjet cell with two 7th-axis tables for large parts. Operators load each part onto its fixture outside the cell, then the table carries it inside and both robots go to work cutting it.

Dual-Station Robotic Welding
We built this custom FANUC robotic weld cell with two stations, so the robot can weld two different parts at the same time. The fixtures also move to give the robot access to some of the harder-to-reach welds.

Molten Aluminum Ladling
We built this FANUC robot cell to ladle molten aluminum. The robot fills a ladle and pours a precise amount into one of three casting machines placed around it. Here it's going through a demo run at our shop before we ship it and install it at the customer's site.

Galvanizing Line Dross Skimming
We built this FANUC robot cell to skim dross off the top of the zinc pot on a strip galvanizing line. The robot skims the surface and dumps the dross into a bin, keeping dross from building up in the pot and taking a hot, hazardous job away from operators.

Custom Automation

Control Panel Building
We design and build the control panels that run our robotic cells, in-house at our Fairfield, OH shop, each one built for the job it runs.
Vision Systems

We add FANUC vision to the robotic cells we build in house at our Fairfield, OH shop, so your robot can locate, inspect and pick parts on its own.
