Are the robots licensed with FANUC?
Yes. Alliance Robotics is an authorized FANUC software relicenser. Every robot we sell is licensed with FANUC, and the license is included in the quoted price. Each robot also comes with an OS media disk, so you can reload it at any time.
What's included with a robot?
Every robot ships with its controller, teach pendant, cables and an OS media disk, plus FANUC lifetime tech support.
What warranty comes with a refurbished robot?
Refurbished robots come with a 1-year parts-only warranty. Parts we sell carry a 1-year replacement warranty. Extended warranties are available at additional cost.
How long does it take to get a robot?
In-stock robots typically ship in 1–3 weeks. Custom automation cells typically take 14–16 weeks, depending on scope.
How fast will I get a quote?
Robot and part quotes go out the same day. Quotes for systems and cells take about 3 days on average. We're quote-only, so prices aren't listed on the site.
Can you build a complete automation cell?
Yes. We design and build turnkey cells, including palletizing, machine tending, welding and material handling, with in-house control panels and custom PLC programming. We prove them out in our shop, install them, and train your operators on your floor. We work with manufacturers in every industry.
Do you ship, and how?
We ship worldwide and crate robots when needed. You're also welcome to pick up at our Fairfield, Ohio shop. Freight is paid by the customer. Most parts ordered before 3 PM ship the same day.
Can I see the robot run before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Visit our Fairfield shop to see robots running under power. Every robot also gets a 12-hour run test, and every buyer receives the completed ARQ report and a run-off video.
Do you offer training?
When you buy a robot cell, we train your operators hands-on on your own system. For formal programming courses we recommend FANUC Robotics training classes, and every robot purchase includes a 15% discount on a FANUC class.
Do you offer phone support?
Yes. Free, unlimited phone support for anyone who calls: 513-942-3400, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET. Robots we sell also include FANUC lifetime tech support.
What's your return policy?
Parts can be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. Robots aren't returnable; they're covered by the 1-year parts-only warranty. We also rebuild FANUC servo motors. Most take 2–3 days, come with a 1-year warranty, and evaluation is free.
