
Return Policy
At Alliance Robotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains our rules for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

The item must be received by us within 45 calendar days of the original shipment date.

Orders placed during holiday periods or special promotions may have extended or shortened windows — these will be clearly noted on the product page or order confirmation.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at our discretion.

Proof of damage (photos) is required.
3. How to Return an Item

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide (if eligible) or your own carrier. Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size/color/configuration (subject to availability). If the exchanged item costs more, you will be charged the difference.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking fees may apply (up to 15%) for opened or high-value items.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer pays for return shipping on standard returns.

We pay for return shipping on defective/damaged items (using a prepaid label).

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit unless we provided the shipping label.
8. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in USD minus any duties/taxes already paid.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
